WBO junior featherweight world champion Juan Manuel Lopez (26-0, 24 KOs) scored an impressive one-sided ninth round TKO over previously unbeaten Oliver Lontchi (18-1-2, 8 KOs) on Saturday night at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City. Juanma dropped Lontchi in rounds two and nine, and Lontchi remained on his stool after the ninth.

In a WBC super flyweight eliminator; three-division world champion Jorge Arce (52-5-1, 40 KOs) scored a third round knockout against Fernando Lumacad (18-2-2, 7 KOs). Arce took out Lumacad with a counter right hand. Time was: 35.

An IBF junior middleweight eliminator between unbeaten super welterweight Yuri Foreman (27-0, 8 KOs) and the Contender’s Cornelius Bundrage (29-4, 17 KOs) ended in a no-decision after three rounds when Foreman was cut over the right eye by an accidental headbutt.

Olympian super welterweight Vanes Martitosyan (25-0, 16 KOs) battered Andrey Tsurkan (26-5, 17 KOs) for six rounds before Tsurkan’s corner pulled the plug. Biggest win yet for the unbeaten Martitosyan.
