Pacquiao to Sue Mayweathers and Golden Boy Promotions
Its incredible the amount of attention both Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr. have gotten and the funny thing is, that it was never official nor have they signed any contracts to fight each other.
Early last week Golden Boy Promotions issued a press release which stated that Mayweather vs. Pacquiao was “in jeopardy,” because Pacquiao refuses to comply with the United States Anti Doping Drug testing procedures which raised an eyebrow as to whatever Manny Pacquiao was hiding something.
Pacquiao’s promoter, Bob Arum, chairman of Top Rank, immediately fired back with the following statement“If Mayweather Promotions and Golden Boy Promotions are sincere in creating ‘a level playing field,’ as they stated in their release, our recommendations should put their minds at ease,” said Arum. “If not, one has to wonder if their motives are more about leveling the fight.”
Bob Arum was also quoted as saying his fighter was superstitious of needles, if you ask me that’s BS! If he was so scared of needles why in the hell will he get tattoos? (Click here to see Pacquiao’s recent tattoos)
Promoter Bob Arum on Thursday declared the megafight between his fighter Pacquiao and Mayweather Jr. dead, though efforts continued to find a compromise to a dispute over blood testing.
“It’s over,” Arum told the Associated Press. “O-V-E-R.”
Though we might never see Pacquiao and Mayweather in the squared circle, be assure they will meet in court. The so called pound-for-pound boxing king Manny Pacquiao and promoter Top Rank Inc. announced today the filing of a lawsuit within the next few days against the Mayweathers, Floyd Sr. and Jr. and Golden Boy Promotions.
“Enough is enough. These people, Mayweather Sr., Jr., and Golden Boy Promotions, think it is a joke and a right to accuse someone wrongly of using steroids or other performance-enhancing drugs. I have tried to just brush it off as a mere pre-fight ploy but I think they have gone overboard,” said Pacquiao in Tagalog while celebrating Christmas with his family here.“I have instructed my promoter, Bob Arum, head of Top Rank Inc., to help me out in the filing of the case as soon as possible because I have had people coming over to me now asking if I really take performance-enhancing drugs and if I have cheated my way into becoming the No. 1 boxer in the world,” said Pacquiao.
Bob Arum said he planned to move forward by having Pacquiao fight on March 13 against Paul Malignaggi .
“As far as I’m concerned the fight is over,” Arum said. “Can it be revisited in the autumn? We’ll see.”
So what do you do when you’re boxed-in and everyone is accusing you of cheating? Well instead of agreeing to the Olympic-style drug testing to prove everyone wrong you revealed your true colors by suing them.
“These people think they are doing the sport a great service—they are not,” said Pacquiao. “To Floyd, despite all these accusations, may your Christmas be merry and I will see you in court soon.

I think he is juiced… You cannot move all to all those weight levels and still win… definitely man… He’s juiced… It must be something like the A-Side Meth… That they used in Africa… 500 years ago… when the Lions used to chase them… but cannot bit their ass off… The Lions teeth kept bouncing off their assess….

By the way here is another stupid Idea from me:
Hey! Mayweather used to fight at 106 lbs…
And until now he goes up to welterweight and still beating all those great fighters(If they are great fighters or cherry picked).
And to prove to you he has a record of 40-0. 5 world title….
I think he is juiced… You cannot move all to all those weight levels and still win… definitely man… He’s juiced… It must be something like the A-Side Meth… That they used in Africa… 500 years ago… when the Lions used to chase them… but cannot bit their ass off… The Lions teeth kept bouncing off their assess….

If you are not on drugs, prove it. For the amount of money you will make for this fight I don’t care if they wanted to stick a neddle in my eye I would do it. Plus if mayweather is taking the same test then why not. Sounds like bs to me

Mr. Fadi do you have brain? until now still you dont understand? what kind of mind set you have? i repeat, Manny will submit to the test but not compromising his physical body and strength, thats why he wants to re adjust it, like floyd he also requested that the blood testing will be done in January 2010 week of fight announcement, next is on February 13 and last is immediately after the fight at his LOCKER ROOM. DONT YOU UNDERSTAND THAT? Is there something WRONG with that? WHAT A COCONUT SHELL!

Mayweather allegedly hit her several times in the ribs, then tried to choke her, causing her to spit up blood when police arrived. In a interview with HBO, Roger later admitted to choking St. Vil in an effort to restrain her, but denied that he physically struck her.
Police has also search the Rolls Royce car of Floyd Mayweather Jr., who was speculated to be involved in a shooting incident outside the Crystal Palace Skating Center in Las Vegas in August 2009.
The accusation of Pacquiao using performance enhancing drugs should be viewed in light of the family background of the Mayweathers. It is worth noting that the issue of steroid use was first brought up by Senior Mayweather, who has been jailed for drug smuggling and trafficking.
Manny Pacquiao, on the other hand, has instructed Arum to file a slander case on the Mayweather camp for ruining his name and reputation and issuing statements without clear evidence. SHAME TO YOU CHICKEN ASS GAYWEATHER!

If nothing to hide why not take the test?I wouldn’t let a small blood test pervent me from making 30mil. Mayweather is true like ALI ,George Forman ,Hearns ,Hagler,etc. All these guys would be willing to summit blood to make millions.Pac should prove to kids and the world like a man that he is willing to go the extra mile to prove I’m not dirty.If Reagan ,Clinton ,Bush or Current president Obama had to give blood to be president i’m sure they would had gave blood and not walked away.This could be the boxing president-cee com-on man.this isnt about the Mayweather’s family history . This is both fighter’s lagacy .I love both fighter ’s it will be ashame to boxing fans if this fight do not take place.One more thing i’m checking out friday night fight Teddy Atlas stated Pacquio camp e-mailed Mayweather camp asking if pac test positive could they keep this as secreat.Teddy say he say the e-mail but dont know how true it is .This is more fuel to prove your not guilty.

I definitely agree with you, If you are not guilty, why not take the test… Absolutely…
If I where Mayweather, to make sure that my opponent is not into any form of drugs or steroids. I would ask have them undergo testing until the day before the fight. “That’s fairly understandable”. But if I am a reasonable Mayweather, taking the test right after the fight will absolutely be the same as right before the fight. So if I am a reasonable Mayweather I will allow my opponent to take the test right after the fight. Since all I am after is to ensure that my opponent is not on any type of drugs or steroids. If He does, whatever the outcome of the fight it will be void.
Also if I am Pacquiao, I would really take the test, but with my rigorous training I cant afford to be less than 100% physically during training and when I enter the ring because of what happen to me in my fight with Eric Morales. So, I will agree with this blood testing at least 24 days before the fight. And to be fair with my opponent’s request I will take it right after the fight. And most of all If I where Pacquiao, I will not let anybody bully me.
Unfortunately the above situation will not happen, because the Mayweather will not agree to testing right after the fight. We do not know what their reasons are. When blood testing right before and after the fight will produce the same result…. But for my own opinion… 1. They just want to take advantage of a weak pacquiao from blood testing (BULLY-CHEATER)… 2. Just a way for them to get out of the fight (COWARD).
That’s my take….
