Floyd Mayweather Jr. uses illegal injections

Boxing is often called the sweet science, if only it was that sweet. Its funny how during the election campaigns, candidates pay thousands of dollars to air attack ads via TV commercials to win an advantage with negative aspects of an opponent or of a policy rather than emphasizing one’s own positive attributes. This happens often in boxing as well.

Take Floyd Mayweather Jr., he accused Pacquiao of using performance enhancing drugs for not accepting the Olympic drug testing, now I am not saying Pacquiao is guilty, but it makes you wonder if he’s hiding anything.

Many people might not know this but Floyd Mayweather Jr. uses illegal injections. Mayweather takes pain-alleviating injections before each bout which are permissible under certain, limited and medically documented conditions by the Nevada State Athletic Commission.

Meaning Floyd Mayweather Jr. can only fight in the State of Nevada because the substance he uses are illegal in all other states and that is why he only fights in Las Vegas and maybe that is why he refused to fight Pacman at the Dallas stadium.

Lidocaine or the brand name Xylocaine is used to prevent pain. Some might label it as “performance enhancing” shots. Now this substance used before each fight does not enhance your speed or give you a steal chin but it dose numb your hand in to a point where you can’t feel the pain every time you land a punch so you can throw it a lot harder.

Makes you wonder who’s the real cheater? As far as the Nevada State Commission is concerned, Mayweather’s hands are literally clean on this matter but it definitely makes you wonder what kind of chemicals are in these injectables that are illegal in 49 States.

  1. anesthetic?? i dont get it. anesthetic is to numb to put to sleep. has ur leg ever fallen asleep? if it has did u try walking? if u did umm did u do a good job of walking or did u need to stop? when u go to the dentist and they put anesthetic does ur whole lip fall asleep? so why would u put anesthetics on ur hands? u can actually break ur wrists that way… but i can be wrong

  2. innocent until proven guilty, that’s what i say. right? i mean, mayweather accuses pacquiao of using ped’s when there was never doubts before of him using anything. and when he tried to impose olympic style drug testing into the negotiations, pacquiao naturally said no. why take a test that isn’t required in the state of nevada? no opponent facing mayweather before was required to this stringent testing, but now mayweather wants to clean up boxing? i can understand people being suspicious of pacquiao not adhering to the protocol, but the allegation was baseless and unfounded. so much so, that pacquiao filed a defamation suit. the only people that i read, that thought pacquiao was using peds, was mayweather’s camp and paul malignaggi. i need to ask everyone reading this a simple question. if you are going into negotiations for something, and the opponent asked you to submit to anything that is not standard procedure, would you agree to it, knowing that it is not required by nevada commission law? i think a great majority would not agree to it. so pacquiao now needs to agree to the testing, or he is a cheater. like the witch trials of years ago. a woman is accused of witchery, and she then has to prove that she is not a witch. how does one not prove she is a witch? pacquiao had no choice but to agree to the testing on the 2nd negotiations. and when he did, mayweather decided to deny any negotiations took place and decided to retire a 2nd time. doesn’t want to fight pacquiao atleast until 2012, if then. mayweather backers and fans make me laugh!

  3. Where were this people when Floyd was accusing Pacquiao of taking steroid without any proof what so ever?? Sure Keith Kizer will say Floyd doesn’t take anything, but Floyd and Keith words mean nothing, I bet you also believe Floyd is better than Ali right?
Floyd is trying to clean the sport right? he doesn’t even care about the sport, he cares about him and him only, he doesn’t fight everyone like he says ” just line them up I’ll beat ’em”
The only reason he is fighting Mosley is because there was no one else to fight and he got corner into fighting him, Floyd actually wanted to fight Ricky Hatton’s brother, SAY WHO???
Cleaning the sport my ass, if he can’t fight without taking painkiller shots in his hands that is a performance enhancement for him, go clean your closet first Floyd.

  4. @Kyle it sounds like your on Floyds nuts, See the video I added to the article..

After you see the video and still disagree with me I dont know what to tell you.
and just for the record I am not on Pacman nuts, I will go with Floyd tonight against mosley and if he ever fights with pacman I am with floyd.

  5. Edgar, besides the poorley written article your actually blatantly wrong when it comes down to the facts. Although yes those injections are allowed in Nevada you must inform and receive permission from the nevada state athletic commision, and Keith kizer the director himself stated mayweather isn’t using any injections in his hands. So next time before you create such a poorly written and stupid article you should check the facts first and climb down off pacmans nuts idk how he gets his pants on in the morning with you clinging onto them so much.

  6. I agree. Everyone is a critic these days…
Besides sharing information is how the news gets around. I have no problem with that. If someone can summerize a 1000 words story into 100 words of cold hard facts, I’m all for it. Key words ” cold hard facts “.

  7. What a worthless article. The only sources seem to be articles written by other reporters. How about doing some original researching and reporting instead of regurgitating and summarizing the thoughts and words of other writers?

More importantly, there is no evidence whatsoever that Texas handles lydocaine any differently than Nevada. Did you forget that critical piece of information, Mr. Gonzalez?

Oh…that would require independent research, instead of simply cross-referencing other writers’ work…and apparently Mr. Gonzalez is incapable of doing that.

  8. (its illegal in other states and that is why he only fights in Las Vegas and maybe that is why he refused to fight Pacman at the Dallas stadium.) THIS IS WHAT YOU WROTE. ITS FUNNY HOW YOU ARE ATTACKING FLOYD BUT MANNY PACMAN PACQUIAO AND HIS FANS DIDNT THINK HE SHOULD TAKE THE TEST BECAUSE THE STATE OF NEVADA DOESNT ENFORCE IT.BUT NOW YOU STATE THAT HE REFUSED TO FIGHT PACMAN IN TEXAS LMAO WHY?? SO YOU MEAN TO TELL ME TEXAS HAS DIFFERANT RULES?? SO WHY DIDNT PACMAN TAKE THE TEST SINCE HE WASNT GONNA FIGHT IN NEVADA??

  9. What up, fellas
forget about mayweather and his childish games. Noone needs to beat this man he is defeating him self. If you all want to see some real boxers, fighters, real warriors. I just finished watching Facing Ali, If you havent seen it check it out. Almost braught tears to my eyes. Good movie

  10. In all fairness Mayweather has not done anything against the rules. I called it a ‘technicality’ earlier but that’s it. He fights in Nevada and obeys their rules. I do consider it an unfair advantage although his opponents could very well do the same thing. That makes it a level playing field and within the rules. Some people think he is a little bitch. Maybe so, but he’s a smart little bitch.

Some people claim that Pacquiao has skeletons in the closet. Unfounded rumors have no merit. Is he on Steroids ? Maybe he is, maybe he isn’t. Fact is that he hasn’t tested positive for any fight. Before or after. The fact that he doesn’t want to do Olympic style testing means nothing ! It only proves that he is not willing to do the test, that’s it. No facts say otherwise…

Mosley already came clean and said he used steroids in the past. Did we call for a nullifications of winning decisions during the time he said he used them ?

Any combination of the three facing each other are great fights. They would make great trilogys…

  11. AMEN TO ALL OF THAT JAY, it’s good to see someone that actually thinks for him self and not be brainwash from the media or a fighter or whatever, noting really is as it seems, Mayweather may have great skills but he is also full of bs, I think if we would really knew all that goes on in the sport, all the cheating, we wouldn’t be able to handle it, just like the movie, I want the truth! – You can’t handle the truth!

  12. By the way Richard i dont think you know what the hell your talking about. The artical isnt the important part of this its that the guy is just as much a cheater as every one else he likes to point his finger at. And just because you didint know about him taking this drug doesnt mean its not true. I know it looks bad that pacman didnt take the test ,but remember there is no proof or any good reason to think that he is on roids.

  13. CHEATING is what it is, It may not be plaster in the glove or HGH or roids but it is still cheating any way you look at it. If floyed has pain take some Excedrin before the fight. Lidocaine will not only keep him from feeling pain in his hand it will also numb other parts of his body, Depending how much he takes and how many shots he takes. It will block a significant amount of pain. That my friends is an advantage any boxer would like to have. To not feel the pain of getting hit in the face, body, and arms. Pain adds to fatigue which means less pain less fatigue. I worked for a drug manufacturer for 7years, And we made that stuff so I know what it does. A fighter who doesnt feel pain the same way you do is alot harder to beat than one that does. Just because its not illegal in nevada doesnt mean its ok. Mayweather is more of a bitch than i thought he was, He has some balls accusing other fighters of doping. Personally Im not surprised he is always looking for an advantage and this is one he always have as long as he fights in vegas. Plus Vegas is full of shit anyway so im not surprised the commission lets him get away with it. If this was mosely taking this stuff do you really think mayweather would take this fight HELL NO, Or he would just fight in another state. I’ve always said mayweather has no class, This is just typical mayweather B/S. Its another reason why he will always be a second rate champion in my eyes.

  14. Very good writing Felipe, everything is in there, you give credit where he deserves it and break down both fighters wins.
Even with that some people will still say you and everyone else who is not buying into the Mayweather talk are haters.

Now, going back to his retirement and thinking about his hand problems where before he had denied he had any issues, and then he came out on the 24/7 episode of the Mayweather – Haton fight, apart from fighting someone that at the moment was seen as the hard, high pressure and top welterweight who was next in line to fight Mayweather, Antonio Margarito, who was going to make him 8 Million Dollars, it could have been that he decided to retire knowing he had a big chance of loosing because of his injuries knowing he was up against the best the welterweight had.

I can see now why he was crying when announcing his retirement, knowing you still have it, your young but your body is not in sync with you, how would anyone feel, I can understand that.

But he still calls him self the best, if your the best then prove it, but he has said he doesn’t need to prove anything to anyone, well he is wrong,

I remember DLH gave a good beating to Fernando Vargas, right there it was set who was the better boxer, even after all the trash talk done by Vargas before the fight, Oscar gave him a beating and it was clear who was the better man, after the fight Vargas tested positive for a anabolic steroid. Hummm well if Mayweather really thinks he is the best he could do the same to Pacquiao, and make it clear who is the real p4p in the world, but instead he plays the dirty game of disrespecting his opponent and his accomplishment by saying he must be cheating with out any proof of any kind whatsoever.

This is how it is in many sports, in life and specially in boxing, you have to look through the smokescreen to see how it really is.

  15. Good stuff Felipe…trust me they still won’t get it…ps that Juddah fight was a good one for Floyd…but weren’t they using pillows as gloves???…I think someone was afraid ok getting ko’d

  16. Very good points by everybody except for Richard, he confuses even himself. This is so plain and simple, I’m surprised that it has taken 25+ comments to set straight.

It can not get any better than the article that the great Thomas Hauser wrote which Edgar provided the link to.

To put it very simply, nobody is denying that Mayweather Jr is quite possibly the best technical fighter of his generation. The man has boxing skill, ring IQ and defensive tools that can not be matched by anybody that has laced a pair of gloves since probably Muhammad Ali.

Does that alone make him the best?

At one point it did but now that Pacquiao has come into his own, there is a doubt.

Don’t get wrapped up in undefeated records…. There is undefeated records everywhere in boxing. Are you going to tell me that Chavez Jr. is one of the best in boxing because he is undefeated with 30+ fights? “Canelo” Alvarez?

It is who you fight and how you do against them.

Pacquiao first lost in 1996, who knew what was happening in his life at that point. Don’t forget that Pacquiao comes from a very poor upbringing and at the beginning fought to eat. Maybe he fought on two days notice, maybe less.

Mayweather has been a darling of the boxing world since his amateur days and he was promoted by Bob Arum who is a master of building up his fighters, just ask the afore mentioned Chavez Jr and DLH. His opponents were set up and if anybody was getting a short notice for the fight it was them, not Mayweather.

Pacquiao then lost in 99 when he challenged for the WBC flyweight title, he got knocked out in 3 rds. That seems like a legitimate loss.

His lost loss was against Erik Morales in 2005. Let’s see who he has faced since then:
1.Hector Velazquez, ok no big whoop.
2.Erik Morales, who he stopped in 10.
3.Oscar Larios, a former world champion.
4.Erik Morales again who he stopped in 3.
5.Jorge Solis, no big whoop but was undefeated at the time and now is a world champion and another example of undefeated records.
6.Barrera, who he had destroyed years before and beat him again by UD.
7.Juan Manuel Marquez who he tied before and this time defeated.
8.David Diaz, no big whoop but WBC lightweight champion at the time.
9.Oscar De La Hoya, after Mayweather but who looked more dominating in beating the Golden Boy?
10.Ricky Hatton, same question, who looked more dominating?
11.Miguel Cotto, Pac’s best performance to date in my opinion.
    12. Joshua Clottey, Clottey didn’t come to fight but Pac tried to KO him.

Now let’s see who Mayweather has fought since Pacman’s last loss:

    1. Arturo Gatti, may he RIP but was he elite?
    2. Sharmba Mitchell, really? B type fighter which Pac has fought too in Larios and Solis, but I thought Mayweather was the best of all time?
    3. Zab Judah, a real challenge and I was impressed with Mayweather’s performance.
    4. Carlos Baldomir, ok, he was a world champion but c’mon? Only fought Baldomir when Mayweather bought out his contract with Top Rank because he didn’t want to fight Margarito. Mayweather was offered $8M to fight Margarito which would have been his biggest payday to date, if he is the greatest, why not fight him? Easy money right? How much did he get paid to fight Baldomir? $8M+1 dollar…to save face.
    5. Oscar De La Hoya… Good performance by Mayweather but DLH looked in the fight the first half while with Pacquiao, not even close.
    6. Ricky Hatton. Good Performance by Mayweather and great KO but not as great as Pac’s which was one for the highlight reel…
    7. Juan Manuel Marquez, isn’t Marquez a lightweight champion fighting at 10 lbs over his weight class?

For the exception of Shramba Mitchell and Baldomir, Mayweather has had a pretty good run but not as nearly as impressive as Pac’s. Now with Mosley, that is going to be a great fight and I think that Mayweather will be taken into some deep waters maybe if the right Mosley shows up, get knocked down but Mayweather should win the fight. Good thing its in Vegas so he can get his hand shot.

Now we all saw the Event, remember that Golden Boy didn’t even want to meet with Jerry Jones? They wanted to keep the fight at the MGM, 1. because Golden Boy has a relationship with the hotel and 2, its in Vegas where those shots are legal.

We can all agree that the fight between May and Pac would be the biggest fight for boxing since probably the Thrilla in Manilla or the Rumble in the Jungle, two fights that were in Stadiums, one in the Philippines and the other in Africa, Zaire.

Wouldn’t it make sense to have this fight at Cowboys Stadium?

    Its all about money isn’t?

Quick Boxing 101 lesson, the venue (MGM or Cowboys Stadium) pays the promoter (Golden Boy, Mayweather, Top Rank) a site fee to have the fight at their location. The MGM sits less than 20k, Cowboys Stadium up to 100k, which of the two can offer more of a site fee since the venue keeps the gate receipts? Even if you charge 5k for ringside tickets, which are never sold at the MGM, Cowboys Stadium has more potential for more money.

But the MGM is in Las Vegas! Nevada!

In closing, Mosley at this point in his career would come out dressed as a Las Vegas show girl if it meant fighting Mayweather. He knows that he is at the end of his career and he needs that big payday to set him up and besides Pacquiao, Mayweather is the only one that can give it to him.

Pacquiao is not in such dire needs for money. So all this talk of why he would leave money on the table and not take the tests is because he can.

He doesn’t have to jump thru hoops to fight Mayweather like Mosley does and that is why Mosley agreed to the testing plus he should be tested because he used Balco.

There is no evidence or proof that Pacquiao has used anything!

That is why he doesn’t have to take any tests!!! It’s that simple!

Its the Nevada state commission, the California state commission, the Texas State commission, not the Mayweather state Commission so Floyd doesn’t set the rules.

If Mayweather wants to clean up the sport of boxing, fight outside of Nevada!!!

Oh and if Pacquiao asked for $10M for every pound that Mayweather went over the contracted weight is because Mayweather has broken that clause in contracts!!! See Mayweather-Marquez.

So in my humble opinion, if Mayweather wants to go down as the best he needs to fight Pacquiao, not the other way around. Pacquiao has never said that he is the best, the media has and for good reason but Pacquiao has never stated, in an interview or elsewhere that he is the best fighter in the world.

That is all that comes out of Mayweather’s mouth.

Before all the Mayweather fans jump all over me and say that I am biased let me say this, I have met Mayweather and I think he is a good guy, very friendly towards the fans and most of the media.

Yes he is cocky but I think that boxing needs that, there has always been cocky fighters and it gives the sport character.

I think Mayweather is the best purveyor of “hit and don’t get hit” which in a sense is what the “sweet science” is all about but it doesn’t make for an exciting fight.

After all the talk of Mayweather being the best, most of it by himself or his family, without a doubt I believe that he sees Pacquaio as a real threat.

That is why he or his handlers came up with the scheme to not fight Pacquiao, by turning the tables and making Pacquiao be the one that seems to say no.

For Mayweather’s legacy, “Money” needs the “Pacman”…

  17. @lovingboxing Thanks for the kind words and I am glad some people dont agree with me thats what makes it fun. I am not Mr. Perfect.

  18. always Edgar is backing up Tijuana and always
Tijuana is a loyal partisan to Edgar .we got it now .every time Edger is under fire ,Tijuana the
proponent just pops in and start to advocate and the other way around .
if someone disagree with Edgar ,always Tijunna butts in and star advocating for Edgar.
Edgar is a good writer and I really think that he is talented in writing but that does’t make him always right!

  19. Edgar,
I try to call it like I see it without getting offended or offending other people. My opinion isn’t better than anyone elses. But let’s all try to be objective.

  20. @Love boxing I don’t hate Floyd. I hate Pacman he’s the one who beat all Mexican fighters, but his a true warrior until proof and guilty. Lol

My Money will be on Floyd against Mosley, which I can’t wait to see.

@Richard Floyd said during his fight with Baltimore he injured his had and like TIJUANABOXING stated above during a HBO 24/7 Floyd even talked about it. He disclosed a undergoing wax paraffin treatment, a type of treatment often administered by high-end spas to treat dry or damaged hands.

Here read this article here are links to videos and much more.

    http://www.examiner.com/x-4514-Houston-Boxing-Examiner~y2010m1d9-Pain-killers-and-Floyd-Mayweather-Jr

  21. lol hey love boxing, when you got nothing else to say you come up with Marquez again?
Tell me what does Marquez has to do with Mayweather taking drugs “painkillers” during fights?

  22. Edgar ,why do hate Floyd so much?
I think because he beat Marquez badly ,I guess this is your answer ?

    Just being honest.

  23. @Edgar
Ok, so I think this article is weak because the writer use rumor info from the web, with a big headline without offering one single but of new info, and to defend himself, the writer use my own joke to attack my opinion of his lack of originality. I meant that Pacquiao sucked only in the context that he refused several millions of dollars (it’s your job to find precisely how much) to fight under a more severe type of drug testing. Any of these champions are great examples of how much effort you have to put in to be the best.

“Second, Mayweather has been taking these shots since 2001, after he hurt his hand against Carlos Baltimore so this is not an unproven allegation.”

I’m proud of you, you come up with more facts. Based on ? Are you an ex-cutman ? If you have insider info, shouldn’t you present the information in a way that it can be taken seriously ? Are you aware that Mosley don’t even have any information valid regarding this as of now ? While Mayweather taunt him for using steroïds in the past ?

It’s not bad that the website si opinion-based. It kinda suck that your article is front page with nothing to offer.

“I ask because it sounds like you don’t follow much boxing. ”
What does this have to do with the quality of your work ?? “I can push rumors without references of facts and if you disagree it’s because you’re a new comer?”

Don’t worry about me coming back.. or thanking me for adding some sense on this page. I’m out, for good.

  24. what? if Mayweather uses this drug in another state he would be cheating!
So let’s say he takes this drug, THAT IS BANNED IN 49 STATES, because he has brittle hands, AND WE KNOW HE DOES, and this drug makes him fight better because he wont feel the pain he normally would be feeling because of the problem in with his hands at the same time it makes him hit harder since he is not feeling any pain, how is that different than Margarito having pads that contain “WHO KNOWS WHAT”!, because not even the athletic commission could came up after the “test” on the pads with exactly what substances were in there.

Both the drug and the pads will lead to help dealing with bad hands and at the same time increment the punching power, since there was no real plaster in the pads there was “plaster like” this could be anything.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying Margarito didn’t do anything wrong, but after months your going to tell me the California Athletic commission couldn’t find out what was on those pads? they used a substance unknown to earth?, year right, it if was plaster then say it, if it was something else also say it.
To me both the Lidocaine drug and the pads could be used for the same purpose.
I’m not trying to make a case for Margarito, I think both things would somewhat enhance your performance with something that is illegal in most states and something that is illegal everywhere .

  25. @Itzlock3 Shane Mosley admitted of using BALCO a banned substance do you think his a cheater?

Should he be given the opportunity of facing Mayweather on May 1?

@Richard the value of this article is to bring awareness that Floyd is using injectable that numb your hand. (That will be advantage you have, so place your bets) I am not accusing him of anything else because his clean in the state of Nevada. Now if he would have use this injectable that is illegal outside the state of Nevada that will be a different story.

  26. @TijuanaBoxing

Yes it is weak. In 2002, Frank Gonzalez said that Foreman and Jim Lampley said…. That’s strong to you ?? Let’s say our life depends on it and we’re looking at Mosley’s odds in the context that they’ll be tested more seriously and maybe Mayweather won’t be able to numb his hands. What’s the value of anything written on this page ?? I have discovered google too myself, don’t need more articles based on a 2002 I said he said they said article. But congratulations anyway Tijuana, you’re work as an investigative reporter is still one step ahead of this article we have here, at least you used references. My frustration is also against myself who is still wasting time here.

  27. @ love_boxing “.thaere is not even one article about what have mentioned in any media outlet.”

Is that a joke? what do you mean by media outlet? the national enquire?
It’s all over the net already, it’s nothing new, that story has been out since 2002, right here: http://www.insideboxing.com/Columnist/frank_gonzalez/sharkies_machine_april_21.htm

You have been accusing Pacquiao of taking steroids without a single proof what so ever, just because Mayweather said it.

Now how can Mayweather even ask for testing for PED when he is taking something that is banned in 49 states and makes his hands go numb so he doesn’t feel pain, we all know that he has hand issues, so this drug makes him not feel the pain and could punch even harder.

Yeah it might not be banned in Nevada but it gives him a clear enhancement.
Maybe Paulie Malignaggi should move to Vegas and only fight there, that way he would have good punching power!

  28. @Jesus Thanks for actually reading the article.

Let me quote what you said.

“Mayweather is clean as far as the Nevada State Athletic Commision is concerned. If he were to fight somewhere else, then it may be another story.”

    Thank you!

  29. Tell me what does hand wraps used by margarito have any relation to this? NONE…he’s a blatant CHEATER, his name doesn’t deserve to be mentioned.

  30. @Richard I don’t think you know what your looking for..

Here read this awesome article Thomas Hauser wrote, but you might think is weak.
    http://www.maxboxing.com/news/main-lead/mayweather-pacquiao-peds-and-boxing-

In your comment you said you’re looking for information to place a bet or is this for a school project?

I ask because it sounds like you don’t follow much boxing.

First Pacquiao doesn’t suck, I did loose respect for him for not taking the drug test, but as a fighter his awesome he as beaten everyone.

Second, Mayweather has been taking these shots since 2001, after he hurt his hand against Carlos Baltimore so this is not an unproven allegation.

Third, sorry this website doesn’t sugar coat things. MyBoxingFans.com is all about opinion base and maybe that is why we get over 80,000 unique visitors or maybe that is why we have hundreds of email subscribers and hundreds of followers on social networks.

So if this website doesn’t meet your standards it was nice talking to you.

    P.S.
I will place my bet on Floyd Mayweather, but that’s just my opinion.

  31. This may seem like a technicality but Mayweather is clean as far as the Nevada State Athletic Commision is concerned. If he were to fight somewhere else, then it may be another story. As of now, he has not done anything against the rules that govern where he fights. I’m not defending the guy but that’s the way it is. It does however play favorably to the fact that it may be a reason why he won’t fight in Texas or any other state now. Makes you go hmmm.

  32. Edgar I really like your way of writing .However,I disagree with your opinion in regards to Floyd.

  33. Edgar your logic in this matter is fallacious .thaere is not even one article about what have mentioned in any media outlet.
Mayweather is clean and he isn’t comparable with Pacriod or Margarito.

  34. @TijuanaBoxing
Mayweather can produce whatever allegations he wants, I don’t care. I understand that he understands his business, it’s boxing. If you’re in the writing business, you don’t write unproven allegations to counter unproven allegations. You provides facts or you present your text as an opinion so that people like me doesn’t take time to read if they think your opinion is worth nothing. You’re talking about the table turning as if you’re sitting at the same table of a champion.
The writer has the right to be biased, just be biased and present something of value. I need that sort of information to formulate a bet, give mosley some advantage that wasn’t there before. But this is just hair salon talk we have here.

I don’t have to count how many weak writers there is on the net, help me find a solid one.

  35. So when Mayweather comes up with unproven allegations that is fine right? but if tables are turned then it must be a lie.

Google: Mayweather Lidocaine and see how many so called “weak articles” it comes up with: Results 1 – 10 of about 25,300 for mayweather Xylocaine. (0.29 seconds)

  36. @Edgar Gonzalez
It’s the weakest article you can write, sorry if you’re getting paid to write, because even 100% interested on the subject and looking for information to base by bets on, reading you is a total waste of time. FACTS, present them please. The wikipedia page for KY doesn’t mean Pacquiao is using, although he does suck. You don’t refuse a multi-million fight because of testing. wtf?! I’m going back to the front page to see what kind of website this is. Sorry if I’m butting in on a school project.

  37. Haha…daaaaamn…I knew about the injections but I didn’t know they were illegal…good stuff to know

  38. From Wikipedia: Lidocaine (INN) (pronounced /ˈlaɪdɵkeɪn/) or Xylocaine ; lignocaine (former BAN) (/ˈlɪɡnɵkeɪn/) is a common local anesthetic and antiarrhythmic drug. Lidocaine is used topically to relieve itching, burning and pain from skin inflammations, injected as a dental anesthetic or as a local anesthetic for minor surgery.

Very nice, so this will block all pain and like you said he can punch harder or if you look at it in a different way, he is actually able to fight!

In case everyone has forgotten, on the HBO 24/7 for the Mayweather-Hatton fight Floyd said this: “She (my doctor) thinks I shouldn’t be fighting too much more. My body’s tearing down. My left hand is tearing down. And I never used to have hand problems until it started happening later in my career as a professional. Now my right hand, my elbow, my back… The shit goes on and on. It’s nerve wracking.”

That to me is cheating, I mean that means that Margarito could have said “I had those pads to protect my knuckles and at the same time it makes me punch harder”, since it was never proven to be plaster of paris.

  40. Poor article. Poor writer. These allegations come from where ? You’re actually helping Mayweather against anyone who has accused him of using that drug by making them look as unprofessional as you are. Waste of time.
