On Saturday, August 28, former world boxing champ James Toney will make his MMA debut against Randy Couture on UFC 118. Randy Couture is currently a 7-to-1 favorite against the 42-year-old rookie “Lights Out.”
I hope Toney gets his ass kicked. Ever since he switched to MMA, he became so cocky. I have personally seen Toney fights and he was always quiet and now he is just plain annoying. It doesn’t seem like Toney has his heart set on MMA but rather on the paychecks.
Check out this recent interview Toney did the other day with MMA Fanhouse’s Ariel Helwani. Tony talked smacked on Bernard Hopkins saying his teeth are messed up and what not. After trying to take the reporter’s microphone away, he walks out of the interview like his too cool for this. Sorry buddy but I think the lights are already dimming for “Lights Out”.
