Floyd Mayweather was released from jail this past Friday on $3,000 bail after being booked on a grand larceny charge. Though Josie Harris, Floyd baby’s mamma, called the cops on Floyd for beating her up, the 33-year-old Mayweather hasn’t been charged with domestic battery or assault. An arrest report alleges that Floyd Mayweather Jr. threatened and hit his ex-girlfriend in an argument that led to a felony charge accusing Mayweather of stealing her Apple iPhone 4 valued at $322.17 last week.
Mayweather’s 10-year-old son told police he witnessed his father hitting and kicking 30-year-old Josie Harris during the argument at Harris’ home in southwest Las Vegas. Josie Harris was granted a temporary restraining order against Floyd Mayweather. Floyd has been ordered to stay 100 yards away from Josie and her children until October 10.
Baby mama claims the Floyd struck her “multiple times in the head with his fist” and then threatened to kill her, this according to court documents obtained by TMZ. The court documents also state that Floyd came into her Las Vegas home Thursday morning and awoke her by, “pulling me by my hair and throwing me on the ground in my living room and began punching me in my head.”
She claims Floyd then began “dragging me on the floor and twisting my arm back … in attempt to try and break it.”
According to the documents, Josie claims Floyd, “continued to beat me in front of [the couple’s three children].”
Josie claims that Floyd threatened the children, saying if they “ran or tried to call the police he would beat them the same way.”
In the docs, Josie also says claims that Mayweather, “yelled and screamed that he was going to kill me and my boyfriend and make sure we are taken care of.”
Interestingly, Josie claims in the docs, Mayweather had been at the house roughly two hours before the alleged attack and was yelling at her about her new boyfriend.
Josie claims she had to call police who arrived and escorted Floyd out of the home but according to Josie, the boxer didn’t stay away and Mayweather re-entered the home through her son’s side bedroom door and that’s when the alleged attack went down.
You’re probably asking yourself why Floyd Mayweather would do such things, well according to the police report, Floyd Mayweather Jr. was jealous over baby mamma’s new boyfriend, basketball player C.J. Watson, who plays for the Chicago Bulls. Floyd threatened to kill both of them. According to the report, Mayweather read text messages on Josie’s iphone which included messages from C.J. Watson according to the report, Mayweather screamed, “‘Are you having sex with C.J.?’ Harris replied, ‘Yes, that is who I’m seeing now.'”
According to the report, “Harris stated that Mayweather began yelling at Harris, ‘I’m going to kill you and the man your (sic) are messing around with.’ He also stated, ‘I’m going to have you both disappear.'”

Yeah, I know that one is innocent until proven guilty but…. we all know how legal technicalities allow even the most OBVIOUSLY guilty offenders get off, scott free. And then there’s the other reason why all charges get dropped…. MONEY!! Will she persue the matter?? or… does she have a price??
