The fight between Carl Froch and Arthur Abraham was really intense because he was outworking Abraham and since I was betting on Abraham, I kept telling myself, “Abraham is going to knockout him out any minute,” but at the end Froch regained the WBC super-middleweight belt with a unanimous decision over Abraham on Saturday night. Froch had lost his WBC belt to Denmark’s Mikkel Kessler in April in Denmark by unanimous decision but an eye injury forced Kessler’s withdrawal from the Super Six competition and the Dane had to relinquish his belt.
“Having this belt around my waist feels normal and natural. It belongs to me. It was wrongly taken from me in Denmark and now I have it back,” said Froch after the fight at Helsinki’s Hartwall Arena.
Something I noticed after the fight was Carol Froch’s girlfriend, Rachel. Many fighter’s girlfriends or wives usually sit at ringside during the fight and they usually don’t go inside the ring regardless if their hubbys win or lose but Rachael was all over the ring. It was funny, she wouldn’t let go of Froch and it looked like her boobs were about to pop out. It was hilarious but because she is a hot model, we’ll let it slide this time. Overall Froch’s performance was an A+ and Froch is also 2-1 in the Super Six super-middleweight competition.
I know what you mean I was itching for that one punch K.O. from Abraham that never came. Speaking of Froch’s woman she is hot but damn she is loud! Froch looked pretty damn good in that fight so I give him credit he impressed me.
