With two pending criminal cases in the Las Vegas courts, Floyd Mayweather Jr. isn’t worried at all. On Monday, his misdemeanor trial for poking and verbally assaulting a security guard outside his home last November has been postponed until September 1st.

Mayweather is scheduled to return back to court on Thursday for his felony charges that he allegedly assaulted and threatened his baby mamma, Josie Harris, last September. Floyd was initially arrested for grand larceny as he stole her iPhone. Later, the D.A. charged him with 7 more misdemeanors and felonies including felony coercion. Floyd could serve up to 34 years in prison if convicted.

Floyd has not maintained a low profile during all of these legal issues. Floyd has twitting for the last several months bragging about how much money he makes gambling and it’s likely his Thursday trial will also be postponed.
