Mayweather was at the Las Vegas courts yesterday for his misdemeanor harassment charges alleging he threatened the lives of two homeowner association security guards in an argument about parking tickets outside his home.

The 34-year-old mega star was found not guilty by the Las Vegas Clark County Regional Justice Center. Mayweather could have faced up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine on each of the two misdemeanor charges but that is nothing compared to the more serious charges stemming from a domestic dispute with his ex-girlfriend and two of their children in October 2010 that can put him in prison for 34 years if he’s convicted.

Floyd Mayweather is scheduled to stand trial Nov. 4 and Dec. 21 for his felony charges.

In a brighter note, rapper 50 Cent has teamed up with boxing legends Mike Tyson and Floyd Mayweather to shoot a promo ad for his energy drink Street King. The video parodies the hit movie ‘The Hangover’ which also co-starred Tyson.

This video is part 1 of the story which is hilarious seeing Mike Tyson doing comedy. A portion of Street King energy drink profits will go towards helping impoverished children in Africa over the next five years. I give props to 50 cent, Mayweather and Tyson efforts to end world hunger.
