Juan Manuel Marquez Helps Kids in Mexico

As part of their “Kids Drug Free” Program, WBO Super Champion Juan Manuel Marquez, President Francisco “Paco” Valcarcel and the World Boxing Organization made a donation today in Mexico City to the children of Hogares Providencia of Father Chinchachoma in Coyoacan.

“We are very happy to be in Mexico with our great Super Champion helping the future of this country” expressed WBO President Francisco “Paco” Valcarcel. “We have been helping the children with our WBO “Kids Drug Free” program in over 25 countries.

Hogares Providencia of Father Chinchachoma is a non-profit organization which helps homeless children giving them a place to live and education to become better citizens.
Also present besides Marquez and Valcarcel, Luis Perez (WBO Ratings Chairman), Rafael Lopez Santos (WBO Representative Mexico), Moises Fuentes (WBO Minimumweight Champion), Albert Rodriguez (WBO Executive Committee) and Felix “Tuto” Zabala, Jr (Promoter).

Today, December 28 the WBO will hold a Press Conference at 1:00 PM at the luxurious Hotel St. Regis in Mexico City to honor with belts and diamond rings to their two Mexican Super Champions Juan Manuel Marquez, Jorge “Travieso” Arce. Also honored will be Orlando Salido (WBO Featherweight Champion) and Moises Fuentes (WBO Minimumweight Champion).
