This Saturday Adrien ‘The Problem’ Broner will be taking on Antonio DeMarco for the WBC title at the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City. Here is my prediction. If your into online betting then you might want to put your money on Broner. As we know, DeMarco is a slow starter and he needs to be aggressive from the opening bell.
Broner is like Floyd Mayweather Jr., they both like to talk but when it comes down to brawling, they won’t. They prefer to play defense and out box. Which is not bad but it is not what the fans want to see.
Adrien Broner will be holding and jabbing all night frustrating the 23-year-old forcing him to open up. I say Broner will win by unanimous decision.
If Broner decides to exchange, then I see DeMarco winning. Broner stamina hasn’t been tested. Broner has not fought 12 rounds in his professional career and has only gone past the 6th round twice. Broner has faced one high-caliber opponent. Before the argument continues, he arguably won by points which many believe he didn’t deserve the “W” against Daniel Ponce De Leon in March 2011.
DeMarco has a nice left to the body and a good chin. It’s going to be a long night for Broner.
What is your prediction?
A very interesting fight. I see a long night for Broner, Demarco in my opinion has fought the better fighters like Valero, Linares. DeMarco will pull the upset! If Broner has a good chin and stamina by decision if not Demarco by KO in the later rounds.
I’d love to see Antonio win this but… I think that he’ll fall short. Hopefully he can come down the stretch with enough momentum. My heart says Antonio but my head says Broner. Picking Broner to win but hoping that I’m wrong!!
