Floyd Mayweather Jr (43-0, 26 knockouts) announced this week that he would take on Robert Guerrero (31-1-1, 18 KOs) on May 4th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

With 64 days until fight night, Floyd has been in the GYM with the help of Adrien Broner. You can clearly see in this video how dedicated and serious Mayweather is preparing for his upcoming fight against the man who defeated the naturally bigger former world welterweight champion Andre Berto by decision in Ontario, CA. Guerrero knocked down Berto down in each of the first two rounds.

In other boxing news, Saul “Canelo” Alvarez will not be fighting Austin Trout on the Floyd Mayweather-Robert Guerrero co-featured bout. Canelo wanted Floyd Mayweather to contractually agree to face him in September before the May 4th card. When that guarantee did not come, Alvarez withdrew from Las Vegas card, preferring to headline his own show.

Canelo vs Trout will now take place on April 20th at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas.
