Both Juan Manuel Marquez and Tim Bradley were ringside at the Mandalay Bay for the epic rematch between Brandon Rios and Mike Alvarado this Saturday night and both Marquez-Bradley are showing interest in fighting each other.
Marquez is coming off the biggest win of his career, a sixth round brutal knockout of Manny Pacquiao. Juan Manuel Marquez knows that he can make a lot more money fighting Manny Pacquiao but he’s also interested in capturing a world title in a fifth weight division.
“I would love to fight Bradley,” Marquez told the media.
Bradley’s name is being tossed around after coming off a thrilling slug-fest with Ruslan Provodnikov. Bradley tasted the canvas and nearly got stopped in the final seconds of the 12th round but Bradley showed tremendous heart and determination to win a unanimous decision.
Bradley stated Saturday night that he will fight Juan Manuel Marquez if Top Ranks puts Marquez in front of him. It’s no secret that Bob Arum has invested a lot on Manny Pacquiao and a fifth fight with Juan Manuel Marquez in September will make more sense but Arum understands it won’t be easy to make considering Marquez’s demands.
Negotiating a fight with Bradley will give Arum the upper hand since Bradley has the belt Marquez wants. What is your opinion on Juan Manuel Marquez vs Tim Bradley if it does happen?

Marquez made me a pile of money in vegas, I even predicted the round that pacman would bite the dust. I lovede that at fight time odds were 21 to 1, lol wish I had had, a million to bet. This fight will also have great odds in bradleys favor,but dont be fooled , the cagey old guy ,is and has always been one of the best in the world in and out of the ring. He is a true champion in every sense of the word. He is a class act and represents the pride in the mexican people ,of their great champions of the past.
Canillo will carry the banner a long ways as well. Anytime you have a mexican boxer in a ring, you can count on getting the very best that the fighter has and most times he also brings out the best in the other fighter as well.

This will be a great matchup if it can be made (And I see no viable reason it can’t). The styles of these two ring warriors make for a great middle of he ring battle royale. I would favour Bradley by close decision if they fight on his home ground or in Vegas with the travelling masses I’d plump for Marquez
