Busy time for the “Ivan Drago” star!

Actor and athlete Dolph Lundgren’s brand new documentary will be available on October 6.
“Dolph: Unbreakable” promises a raw and revealing portrait of the Swedish superstar known for his steely portrayal of Ivan Drago in the iconic “Rocky” film series. The towering nemesis of Rocky Balboa and Apollo Creed, Dolph will always be known for coldly stating ‘I must break you” and “If he dies, he dies” in the legendary boxing movies.
And in his new documentary, fans will get to hear the back stories, memories and hidden battles that the blonde action hero endured through the decades. The film can be seen on VOD and digital platforms including Prime Video, Apple TV, Google Play, Fandango, etc.
I had a chance to meet the actor/filmmaker, 68, at a recent bottle signing for his Hard Cut Vodka. The event was held at Mission Liquor near Los Angeles. Dolph and his wife and co-founder of Hard Cut Vodka greeted all the guests and answered any questions that fans had for the Rocky star. He was very friendly and down to earth with everyone and, clearly, remains a favorite with movie aficionados and boxing fans.
Team Lundgren continues their streak with this new doc, their best-selling vodka AND a brand new biography that was also just released!
Dolph’s book is titled Fights Worth Fighting, Finding Strength in the Struggle and takes the readers along on his journey, through the highs and lows of his life. And while it seems like it’s been a golden life and a glamorous career for the Swede (also known for “Masters of the Universe”), his life has proven to be a “rocky road.” Yes, pun intended. It’s how he fought back about the punches that he didn’t see coming is what makes his story even more remarkable.
The “Expendables” star talks about his kidney cancer battle and health scares (he wasn’t sure if he’d still be around), his career, family life and more. He is a 4th degree black belt martial artist, has earned a Master’s degree in chemical engineering and also continues to give back to the L.A. community. Dolph recently hosted a charity event “All-Stars for Change” in Beverly Hills.
Dolph and his wife Emma became U.S. citizens in 2024. In his new film, he says that he was given a second chance in life.
A devoted family man, businessman, entrepreneur and famed enemy in “Rocky,” Dolph Lundgren is now enjoying his busy schedule and sharing how all his hard work has paid off for the longtime entertainer. After surviving his life-threatening challenges, he wants to share his story with the world and inspire and encourage others.
There have been book signings, Q&A sessions and bottle signings with the actor so keep an eye out on his upcoming schedule, if you’d like to meet him too!
And be sure to watch Dolph: Unbreakable beginning October 6!
