Thrilling Night of Boxing in Pomona

DMG Boxing Promotions held their Night of Champions IV show at the storied Fox Pomona Theater in Pomona, Calif. This Southern California fight night took place on Saturday, September 27 and featured nine bouts of action.
The legendary Fox Theater usually hosts live concerts but on Saturday night, the venue was rockin’ once again as the fighters clashed in the ring. Fans were treated to competitive matchups and some good scraps. Celebrating victories were: the main event Ruben Cazales Jr., the co-main’s Pedro Valencia, Esteban Sital, Brianda Tamara Cruz, Juan “Neiter Bomb” Estrada Jr., Dedrick Crocklem, Samuel Isak, Jose Antonio Medrano Jr. and Claudio Rodriguez.
The rising stars all put on a show in front of an appreciative crowd. This historic theater features three levels of seating plus an outdoor balcony; spectators had a great view from any angle. And for those who couldn’t make it out to the event in person, DMG fights can be streamed live on the Millions app. DMG’s David Michery and matchmaker Ray Alcorta first launched their live fights in April of this year. Since then, the company has already made a splash in the boxing world and their fan base continues rise.
Their Pomona show was extremely well organized and offered fans the best experience while watching the matches in the ring. Ring announcer/emcee Raine Cruz plus special guest Killa Cam–the youngest ring announcer at just nine years old kept the audience entertained between bouts.
Seated ringside and spotted in the theater were several familiar faces including Lawrence King, Jack Mosley, Ruben Villa, Trevor Sambrano, Abel Alba, Will Simpson, Charles Huerta, Ivan Zarate, Isaac Zarate, Lucas Montoya, Kenny Montoya, the family of the late legendary trainer Max Garcia (Kathy, Sam and Melissa) and more.
The full crowd enjoyed the vibes in the theater and during the breaks visited the cookout outside the building which offered bacon-wrapped hot dogs (“street dog” style), tacos made to order, nachos and more.
DMG’s live shows are the perfect way to catch rising stars on their way up the ranks. They have a full stable of talented young contenders and prospects all hungry for success.
DMG will be hosting NIght of Champions V on October 18–Don’t miss it!
